Delivery & Returns
Our UK standard delivery starts at £1.99 depending on the weight and size of your order. Postage will be quoted at checkout based on your delivery address before you get to the payment page. Our standard delivery is usually Royal Mail 24 or 48 for UK orders.
Courier & Royal Mail Special Delivery is usually a next working day guaranteed delivery, however, some highlands and islands in the UK may take a bit longer.
Orders for 'in stock' items received before midday each weekday (except public holidays) should be shipped the same day or next working day. We will ship to UK and EU addresses and any other international address where the shopping cart system on our website allows. Current regulations regarding transporting Lithium-ion batteries means we can only supply certain items to UK mainland locations, details are set out on the relevant listings. Shipping rates and choices will be quoted by the cart prior to checkout and depend on destination and weight. Overseas customers should select the country the order will be shipped to so that the correct taxes can be applied or deducted if applicable. If the order is being shipped outside of the EU the VAT will be deducted at checkout.
The system will check stock levels when you select an item (or size of an item) and add it to the cart. If an item is out of stock you will see an 'out of stock' message. The out of stock message includes a feature whereby you can enter your e-mail address and our stock system will automatically e-mail you when the item is back in stock. You can still order an 'out of stock' item if you are happy to wait.
Some orders may be shipped directly from our suppliers if it is more expedient to do so, we will keep you informed about your order.
Any items being returned will be at the customers expense. Goods must be returned in the undamaged retail packaging they were dispatched in.
Please contact us first to confirm the return and to confirm our return address.
All returned items must be in undamaged original retail boxes etc and must be in saleable condition. Boots being returned should only have been tried for size, if they have been worn and have creases in the leather they cannot be accepted as returns. When returning items please ensure you include the original sales receipt and write on it if you need a refund or exchange, including details of the exchange required if that is the case. Normally we will not charge you to send out an alternative order to a UK address on the first exchange.
If you wish to double check to confirm stock availability, you can always give us a call on
08456 80 50 87 or 01753 869 003.
Please note BFPO (British Forces Postal Office) delivery is only valid if you enter a valid BFPO address including rank, service number and Op details.
BFPO orders being shipped OUTSIDE of the EU will have the VAT removed by the cart, as long as the delivery address country is outside of the EU. Postage is charged per order, not per item. We reserve the right to use alternative shipping methods at our discretion.
BFPO Addresses outside the EU & VAT
Enter the delivery 'country' in the 'country address' field together with the full BFPO details, the cart will automatically deduct the VAT as long as the delivery 'Country' box is completed with a country outside the EU.
BFPO Addresses Based within the EU & VAT
In some circumstances we may be able to refund the VAT. Before we can issue a VAT refund for an order dispatched to a BFPO address which is within the EU, UK VAT legislation requires us to obtain a "certificate of entitlement" confirming that the items have been dispatched to, and received by, a qualifying body or person as set out in paragraph 14.4 of HM Revenue and Customs Notice 725 dated January 2014. This only applies to certain countries.
Enforce-logic Ltd will accept a copy of the order sales receipt which was dispatched with the order, signed and stamped by the head or acting head of the visiting force contingent, together with evidence of the official status of the signatory. The original documents must be posted to us within one month of the order date to:
Unit 065, SK House
For goods which are dispatched to BFPO customers in Cyprus or Germany we require a certificate from the person placing the order, uniquely identifying the supply for which relief is claimed, and claiming entitlement as follows:
for British forces in Cyprus - under Article 151 (e) of EC Council Directive 2006/112/EC, or
for a visiting force in Germany - under Article 151(d) of EC Council Directive 2006/112/EC.
Enforce-logic requires this certificate in accordance with Section 14 of HM Revenue and Customs Notice 725 dated January 2014. If this certificate isn't supplied, we will not be able to make a refund. Please send the stamped and endorsed receipt or certificate, quoting all the qualifying order number.
