Delivery
Our UK standard delivery starts at £2.50 depending on the weight and size of your order. Postage will be quoted at checkout based on your delivery address before you get to the payment page.
Dispatch - Orders received before midday each working day (except public holidays) are usually dispatched that day or occasionally the next working day.
Delivery - Our Standard Delivery is usually Royal Mail 24 or 48. If you select Expedited Courier, we will use a Courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is usually a next working day (following dispatch day) delivery, however, occasionally some deliveries may take a bit longer. Courier deliveries may require a signature. If you select UK UPS Access Point UPS will deliver your order to a nearby UPS access point for you to collect within 2 weeks. UPS access point locations can be seen at: www.ups.com
We will ship to UK where the shopping cart system on our website allows. Current regulations regarding transporting Lithium-ion batteries means we can only supply certain items to UK mainland locations, details are set out on the relevant listings. Shipping rates and choices will be quoted by the cart prior to checkout and depend on destination and weight.
The system will check stock levels when you select an item (or size of an item) and add it to the cart. If an item is out of stock you will see an 'out of stock' message. The out of stock message includes a feature whereby you can enter your e-mail address and our stock system will automatically e-mail you when the item is back in stock.

Some orders may be shipped directly from our suppliers if it is more expedient to do so, we will keep you informed about your order.
Returns
Any items being returned will be at the customers expense. Goods must be returned in intact and in the undamaged retail packaging or box they were dispatched in with labels and tags etc intact. Please do not write on any of the retail packaging or stick tape to any retail boxes. Enclose returns in a suitable bag or box.

All returned items must be in undamaged original retail boxes etc and must be in saleable condition. Boots being returned should only have been tried for size, if they have been worn and have creases in the leather they cannot be accepted as returns.
