Delivery

Our UK standard delivery starts at £2.50 depending on the weight and size of your order.  Postage will be quoted at checkout based on your delivery address before you get to the payment page.  Our standard delivery is usually Royal Mail 24 or 48 for UK orders.

Courier & Royal Mail Special Delivery is usually a next working day (following dispatch day) delivery, however, some areas and highlands and islands in the UK may take a bit longer.

Orders for 'in stock' items received before midday each weekday (except public holidays) are usually shipped the same day or occasionally the next working day.  We will ship to UK and EU addresses and any other international address where the shopping cart system on our website allows. Current regulations regarding transporting Lithium-ion batteries means we can only supply certain items to UK mainland locations, details are set out on the relevant listings. Shipping rates and choices will be quoted by the cart prior to checkout and depend on destination and weight. Overseas customers should select the country the order will be shipped to so that the correct taxes can be applied or deducted if applicable. If the order is being shipped outside of the EU the VAT will be deducted at checkout.

The system will check stock levels when you select an item (or size of an item) and add it to the cart.  If an item is out of stock you will see an 'out of stock' message.  The out of stock message includes a feature whereby you can enter your e-mail address and our stock system will automatically e-mail you when the item is back in stock.  You can still order an 'out of stock' item if you are happy to wait.

Some orders may be shipped directly from our suppliers if it is more expedient to do so, we will keep you informed about your order.

Returns

Any items being returned will be at the customers expense.  Goods must be returned in the undamaged retail packaging they were dispatched in with labels and tags intact.

Please Note: 

We are currently experiencing problems with parcels sent to us using Royal Mail, who are attempting to deliver them early in the morning before our warehouse is open.  It is then impossible for us to collect the parcels from the delivery office due to restricted opening hours etc. This is leading to long delays in us receiving returns sent by Royal Mail.  It is worth considering using Parcel Force which is available at your local Post Office, or often it can be more economical to use another courier.

All returned items must be in undamaged original retail boxes etc and must be in saleable condition. Boots being returned should only have been tried for size, if they have been worn and have creases in the leather they cannot be accepted as returns.  When returning items please ensure you include the original sales receipt and write on it if you need a refund or exchange, including details of the exchange required if that is the case.  Normally we will not charge you to send out an alternative order to a UK address on the first exchange.  Refunds will be given for the value of the goods returned but not the delivery charges. 
Please include a copy of the sales receipt and write on it if you want an exchange or a refund.

BFPO Orders

Please note BFPO (British Forces Postal Office) delivery is only valid if you enter a valid BFPO address including rank, service number and Op details.


BFPO orders being shipped OUTSIDE of the EU will have the VAT removed by the cart, as long as the delivery address  country is outside of the EU.   Postage is charged per order, not per item. We reserve the right to use alternative shipping methods at our discretion.
