The new Nitecore P20UV is built on the same platform as the popular P20 with the addition of four ultraviolet LED's set into the reflector which illuminate at 365nm. Purpose built for authentication, forensics and identification applications, the P20UV is the ideal tool for Police, Security and Military personnel.

The P20UV features a patented lever switch to enable fast and easy access to the strobe mode even when wearing gloves with single handed operation. Three selectable modes of operation allow the user to define the user interface:

• Tactical Mode: Strobe / High / Ultraviolet
• Law Enforcement Mode: Strobe / High / Mid / Ultraviolet
• General Mode: Strobe / High / Medium / Low / Ultraviolet

Once the desired operation mode has been set the P20UVs intelligent memory keeps this stored so you can be sure exactly how the light will behave in any given situation. A built in LED on the tail cap switch (patented)  indicates the remaining battery voltage to ensure you know when the batteries are low on power.

Maximum beam distance of 180 meters, waterproof to 2 meters (IPX-8) and impact resistant to drops from 1.5 meters.

Powered by a single 18650 Li-ion rechargeable cell (recommended for the best run times) or two CR123A 3v cells (batteries not included)

Includes battery magazine to hold 2 x CR123A, which inhibits battery movement inside the body tube and helps maintain electrical continuity.
