Secure Payment Process

Shop with Confidence. At checkout you can choose between the secure SagePay system, or if you prefer, you can use your online banking account to transfer the funds to our account. We provide a secure payment process, fast delivery and great customer service.  If you are not happy with your purchase. send it back to us and we will replace it or give you a refund.
 

Payment of invoices by Bank Transfer

You can make payment by bank transfer.  If you are not based in the UK the payment must be the full invoice total, if bank fees are involved you will need to arrange with your bank to transfer the full invoice amount to our account, we are unable to accept payment of fees involved in foreign currency transfers.
 

Making A Purchase

You don't need to be a police officer or in the military to buy most of our products. Just add your chosen items to the shopping cart and follow the prompts. If there is an item you would like shipped to a worldwide destination not quoted in our shopping cart, please contact us by e-mail and if it is possible to send your item, we will give you a quote on the shipping costs and send you a payment link.
 

VAT -  If your order is being shipped OUTSIDE of the EU, our cart will deduct at checkout the equivalent of the current 20% VAT due for all UK & EU purchases.


It's easy to buy online, just browse our online store and add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart. After you have finished shopping, click on 'Checkout' and you will be taken to a secure page in order to make your payment by debit or credit card. When we receive your order, we will make contact with you by e-mail to confirm the order details. Please ensure your e-mail address is submitted correctly at checkout. All prices quoted in the website include VAT at the appropriate rate.

If you are a Police Force or Local Authority etc. you can send us an official purchase order and we will invoice you on dispatch. (Terms 30 days net)

We can accept all major credit/debit cards, including Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, and Delta.

You will also be able to start your order online, if when you get to the secure payment page you don't wish to make payment over the Internet, you can call us to make a manual card payment on 01753 869003.

 

Availability

All items are subject to availability, we reserve the right to amend prices on the site without notice. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is not accepted until e-mail confirmation is sent by us, regardless of whether payment has been made or not, a full refund will be processed if an order is declined by us.
  

Delivery

Most of our delivery options are trackable by ourselves.  If you select a courier or other 'signed for' method of delivery, we will not be responsible for missing items if you instruct our carrier to leave the item at the doorstep or with someone else, and the parcel subsequently goes missing.

Restricted Items - Blue Lights etc.

If you order items such as blue lights, the fire drop key or police badges, we will only dispatch if you can demonstrate to us that your employment is such that you should possess the item. If these items are freely in the hands of 'unauthorised' persons, it will only make the job of bona fide emergency services more difficult. Do not purchase these items if you are not authorised to possess them, we will not ship them.
 

Delays

Please note that we will always try to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, if there is likely to be a delay we will advise you as soon as possible.

If your items are shipped outside the UK by arrangement, you are responsible for any local import duty or taxes imposed by the destination country.
 

Guarantee

Buy with confidence. We offer a full refund or exchange on items that are not suitable to the customer's requirements. All goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt at your expense and must be in the original packaging and in perfect condition. Please e-mail us to arrange returns, giving us a contact telephone number.
 

Returns Policy

Please contact us before returning items, preferably by e-mail. We will confirm the correct return address.

All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt at your expense and in perfect condition, including the undamaged packaging (not the postal/courier packaging). Please do not stick anything on the boxes etc. as this may mean that we cannot accept the return.  We are quite happy to exchange footwear for alternative sizes, conditions as above. Boots can be tried on indoors but must not have been worn.  We reserve the right to require a payment of £5 towards the costs of shipping your replacement boots. If you are not at home when your order is delivered, you must collect your item from the carrier or arrange re-delivery. Any item returned to us undelivered may incur a handling and/or additional carriage fee at our discretion. Refunds will be processed for the value of the goods returned but not the delivery charges.  Any order subject to free p&p, if returned to us for a refund, may also incur a handling fee not exceeding £5 at our discretion. Any order subject of any free offers or free items, if returned for a refund, must be returned to us complete with the free offer item or free item. All free offers are subject to the transaction not being cancelled or refunded, in which case they remain the property of Enforce-logic Ltd and must be returned to us with the original order.

 

Faulty Goods

Please return faulty goods within 7 days of receipt, and include your details together with information regarding the nature of any fault. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please contact us before returning any faulty goods, by e-mail to admin@enforce-logic.com
 

Discounts

If you have a discount voucher code, this cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers on the website. Any reduced items purchased where a discount code is also used, the order will not be accepted.  If you have a voucher code, enter it at checkout, the discount will be applied once you click into the payment page, check this has worked before making payment.
 

Please Note

You are responsible for the carriage charges for returning goods to us or to our suppliers. We recommend that if you do need to return an item you keep your proof of posting. If you request replacement goods be sent out there may be an additional carriage charge, this will be confirmed with you when you make contact with us regarding any returns. This does not affect your statutory rights.
